We are glad to see you in our wooden houses. We hope your stay with us will be comfortable and unforgettable and you will visit our unique houses again!
Kindly ask all our guests to respect the rules of living in our houses, as if you make yourself at home!
The rules are applicable to all guests.
1.The Guest must observe safety rules of fire prevention and usage of electric appliances in all house: do not smoke in restricted area. Smoking is permitted in smoking areas equipped with ashtrays.
2. It is prohibited to pollute the territory of the houses. There are special litter bins and ash-trays intended for litter collection. The House's Administration reserves the right to impose a penalty, not less than 1000 rubles, on the Guest for breach of this rule.
3. Do not enter the boiler room and do not touch heating elements: stove, electric heating units. Do not adjust the temperature in the house independently. A penalty for self-regulations of heating elements is 5000 rubles.
4. Accommodation of domestic animals and pets in the houses is strictly prohibited.
5. Use the toilet with accuracy. Do not throw any paper in the toilet. Do not pour the water on the floor.
6. According to the RF legislation, the Guest reimburses the losses in case of his damage or loss of the House property and is responsible for any violations made by people invited by him or her. Guests obliged to keep cleanness and order. In case of too much dirty in the house cleaning is paid additionally.
7. Do not use pyrotechnics closer than 300 metres from the house and other wooden buildings.
8. Do not sleep on the beds and sofas in outerwear and without bed linen.
9. Use towels and bed linen according to the purposes.
10. Do not walk on spike heels in the house.
11. Switch on the light when leaving rooms and house.
12. Accommodation of children under 2 years old (in case of family accommodation) in the Hotel without providing a separate room to a child is free of charge. When providing an extra place for a child from 2 to 12 years old the 50% charge is taken at special rates available at reception.
13. People invited by the Guests are allowed to visit them from 10.00 till 21.00 local time.
14. Loud music and other noises are not allowed after 23:00 outside the house.
